Cancellation Policy:

Sarah English Salon requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. 
24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment;
In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 100% of the service that was missed.
Fee may be waved if your request is accepted to reschedule immediately.

No shows are also charged 100% of the service that was missed.
